After 10 years of maintaining, licensing and
updating the Saskatchewan Arbitrations data base, I am pleased to inform you
that all arbitration decisions (old & new) are now up on the CanLII web site. CanLII has
agreed to maintain and update the data base from this point forward and I must
graciously acknowledge their significant contribution to the future well-being
of the arbitration decisions.
The entire functionality of the data base has been
carried out through the volunteer contributions of arbitrators in Saskatchewan
who wish to see their decisions play an active role in Saskatchewan labour law.
If you are an arbitrator, in the legal profession, are a labour practitioner,
an employer or union, PLEASE, continue to add your decisions to this data base.
It would be a significant loss to the province if the decisions were lost forever.
As of Jan 1st, 2009 I ask that if you can't find
your decision in the data base, PLEASE, send it in MS Word or WordPerfect
format to:

To everyone that contributed their decisions and to
all the practitioners and lawyers that made it worthwhile to keep the project
going, a truly heartfelt THANK YOU. This data base
would not exist were it not for all of you.
